1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Refinata.com ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Refinata provides browser-based utility tools designed for converting, analyzing, structuring, and editing various file formats (including PDF, CSV, Excel, Image, and JSON files). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

3. Subscriptions (Refinata Pro)

Certain advanced features of the Service (e.g., processing massive datasets, unrestricted document utilities) are billed on a subscription basis ("Refinata Pro"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (Monthly or Yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or Refinata cancels it. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including algorithms, WebAssembly modules, and UI design) are the exclusive property of Refinata. You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, copy, or frame the application or its underlying processing engine. Refinata reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and pursue legal action against entities that exhibit abusive usage patterns or infringe upon our intellectual property.

5. Liability Limitation

In no event shall Refinata, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service. Processing massive datasets carries inherent risks; always maintain backups of your original data files.
