1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of Refinata Pro. If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, we offer a "No Questions Asked" refund within the first 30 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, please email our support team from the email address associated with your account.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your Refinata Monthly or Yearly subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard or billing portal. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. Your premium access will continue until the end of your currently paid billing period.

3. Refunds After 30 Days

Except as required by law, we do not offer refunds (prorated or otherwise) once the 30-day initial purchase window has passed. Because our platform provides immediate access to Pro-tier tools and higher file limits, we cannot reverse charges for accounts that have actively used these services beyond the refund window.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you encounter a billing issue, please contact us first. If a fraudulent chargeback is filed without notifying support, we reserve the right to immediately suspend access to the service and associated accounts.
