No. Never. Refinata uses WebAssembly to process your files entirely within your web browser's memory. When you close the tab, the data is gone forever.
What happens if I exceed the free limit?
Free users get a daily allowance of operations. If you exceed this, you can wait until midnight for your quota to reset, or upgrade to Refinata Pro for unlimited operations and batch processing.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes! You can cancel your subscription from your billing dashboard at any time. You will continue to have Pro access until the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
