1. 100% Local-First Architecture

Refinata is built entirely on a "Zero-Upload" architecture using WebAssembly (WASM). This means that your data never leaves your device. We do not upload your CSV, Excel, or PDF files to any servers, nor do we send any data to external APIs for processing. Everything is computed directly within your browser's local memory.

2. Absolute Data Privacy

Because our systems never receive, parse, or intercept your files, we inherently cannot view, store, sell, or leak your data. All Refinata Pro features—including our advanced document parsing and deep data formatting—run 100% offline once the web application loads. There are absolutely zero external AI API integrations parsing your information.

3. Billing Information

We use Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. When you upgrade to Refinata Pro, your payment and billing information is securely processed by Paddle. Refinata does not store or process your credit card information on our servers.

4. Analytics and Cookies

We use minimal analytics to understand aggregated traffic patterns (e.g., page views to popular tools). We do not use intrusive tracking pixels that follow you across the internet. We only use functional cookies required for maintaining your session state and authentication.
